Carnegie First is an FHA/VA approved Mortgage Bank. As a bank we have the ability to fund loans in house but also work with over 75 different money sources and investors to provide the best possible loan scenarios for each of our clients. We arrange loans for purchases of residential and commercial properties and do many refinances and lines of credit. Our goal at Carnegie First is to provide superior service and competitive fees to develop relationships with our clients for future business. Our main office is located on the Southwest corner of Scottsdale Road and Chaparral Road just north of Scottsdale Fashion Square.
